I’m working on a memoir and created this website to post some things about it. Along with some articles and art that I’ve worked on through the years.
Here’s a way too polished corporate photo because I don’t know how to pose for a friendlier-looking one, along with an awkwardly written bio in third person.
About
Barry Ng is a memoirist from Singapore whose work explores themes of family, faith and identity. He has led church-based accountability groups and has spoken to youth groups on personal discipline and digital culture, drawing from his background as a former professional gamer. Barry previously self-published a children’s comic book and has written articles for the Singapore Armed Forces. He lives in Singapore with his wife and two young children, who keep him happily busy with endless readings of Rapunzel, and is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Spiritual Formation. Beyond writing, he enjoys football, esports, and understanding how the habits we keep shape the people we become.
